"Very nice hotel, with great breakfast facility, parking was tight but enough for my car."

"It is probably one of the few good hotels in what it is a terrible town. Handy because above the train station. A bit short on staff but they are nice and polite. Rooms are good, yet with dreadful soft squishy pillows. Bit overpriced too, but quite comfortable."

"There was zero service. We saw no staff for the length of our stay. reception was closed throughout. Although breakfast is advertised as starting at 8am, when we arrived at the property and checked this we found out that breakfast had to be booked by 5pm the previous day. This was written in small type on a 'welcome' note. So no breakfast. The photos & description of the property imply that it is close to the beach. It isn't! Its at least 1/2 mile away across a busy road."

"Das schlimmste was ich erlebt habe. Wir haben direkt ein anderes Hotel gesucht. Erschüttert hat mich Expedia, hab direkt Expedia kontaktiert, weder Hilfe bekommen, noch bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Wir waren 2 Frauen mit 2 Hunden und hatten echt Angst um unser Leben. Wieso bietet man so eine Unterkunft an? Wir sind Fassungslos. "
