Sam was super easy to communicate with. Our group was four mid-50 gals travelling around for 9 days. In the 6 different places we stayed Sam’s rental had the most comfortable beds. Parking was great and having a washer and dryer on site was super handy. Would definitely recommend

Sam’s property was a perfect place for our first VRBO rental in Ireland! The location was close to the center of Belfast so we could walk to everything. The apartment was very clean and Sam answered all my questions promptly. He supplied everything we needed.

Fantastic Location and Apartment

We loved our stay here in Belfast! From the moment we walked in we were happy with the cleanliness, roominess and overall comfort of the apartment. It was also centrally located, allowing us to walk to places of interest in Belfast.

Great stay

Great location, very clean, excellent response time from Sam. Very well appointed apartment with everything we needed for our family stay. Beds were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, and especially nice to have a washer and dryer while traveling. I will definitely stay again when I come back to Belfast.

This was my favorite property that we stayed at during our entire time in Ireland. Proactive and responsive host w/ clear instructions. Fantastic location in Belfast. Location is great, very close to shops and eating places. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Kitchen was particularly well equipped for cooking. Sam was very accommodating with our requests and was a great host. Would happily stay again.

Fabulous weekend break in Belfast

Sam was an excellent host, communication prior to and during our stay was great. Information to access the property was very clear and given in good time. Belfast experience.

The property was in a brilliant location only a short walk to the main drag. Our host Sam was very helpful and instructions given about our stay was very informative. Excellent and highly recommended.

Great Space, Great Communication, Great Location

This was a perfect space for our time in Belfast. The location is within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go and public transportation. Sam's communication was really great and check-in was easy. Beds were comfy and there was even a fan in the closet. Highly recommend.

Great location and apartment

Great facilities and easy walking distance to many Belfast sites. We felt centrally located and the space had everything we needed for our stay. I really loved the extra touch of having toiletries in the bathrooms. It was less we needed to pack or buy. Everything was very clean and once we had the right lock box for entry everything was smooth. Sam was great at communicating and really helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment with parking

Sam is a wonderful host. He responds immediately to any queries and/or questions. He is proactive in supplying information on Belfast and Ireland. The parking and check in process is made simple by instructions forwarded prior to stay. The apartment is very clean and exactly as per listing photos. Nicely furnished with everything you need (even some treats on arrival). Location is fantastic, so close to restaurants, bars etc. and in a quiet area.
