3 of us stayed here for a week in September.
The location was quite good and convenient to have a parking spot as well.
Townhouse was very clean , everything went smoothly.
Lots of pubs and restaurants in a 15 min walk.
Liquor store and coffee shop right around the corner.
Tony was very quick to respond to any queries and very helpful in giving us recommendations as well.
The whole renting process was quick and easy.
The flat is great, lots of room, quiet, and comfy. Washer/dryer and kitchen were very helpful during our short stay.
It’s a little bit of a walk to shops and restaurants, but not too bad.
Good restaurants on Dublin Rd and Botanic ave, not far from the flat. There is a Spar reasonably close for groceries.
It’a lovely apartment with 3 comfortable bedrooms and a little backyard, where we enjoyed our morning tea. The folder provided by the host with recommedations on pubs and restaurants and all the other necessary information about the city was very helpful.
