Nice hotel. Good location. Rooms are clean, but some things need updated (bathroom especially). A/c works well (mini split), but it blows directly on the bed which makes sleeping a challenge.

Check in was seamless. The hotel was modern and lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our belongings. Great bed and pillows. Without exception, the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I wish I could remember all their names. A special thank you to Lucas Matheus for all your very kind and attentive service. You made our stay in Belém very memorable.

Functional, good location an honest 8

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, lots of fruit fresh pastries, eggs, bacon. The building has 30 floors. We were on floor 15. Quite with a balcony. The building is dated and has a funky smell in the halls. Lots of hot water and pressure. Location is good for an evening walk to restaurants. The 4th floor of the mall has some great (white table cloth) restaurants. Overall the rooms are ok and functional. You are nit going to impress your wife with the first impression.

Excellent service, and Joelthom from reception was amazing! He helped get info. for PCR test I needed to travel abroad, and made my check-in seamless and fast! The hotel has a nice gym on the top floor, and the swimming pool was perfect! I highly recommend this hotel! Thank you Joelthom, excellent job 👍

Air Conditioning needs improvement.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times. The air conditioning in the rooms is not the best. The temperature in Belém is pretty hot all year round and a cool room where you can rest is a must.

Staff only spoke Portuguese-one only spoke English ; two lifts for a 30 floors hotel -expect long waits; completely disorganized welcome - a room was assigned but it was already occupied; bathroom not clean; no drinkable water in the room… etc.

Excellent service! Specially Joao and the general manager, this is the only hotel you need to stay at when you visit Belem for business or pleasure for that matter! Joao Call Cheryl Location’s phone I needed a PCR test and I was able to find a laboratory and the general manager was kind enough to let him his iPhone charger when I lost mine … the service of this place is excellent and breakfast her are the best: especially the lovely and friendly breakfast ladies. Grear job everybody!!! Ricardo USA 🇺🇸

A limpeza e localização são excelentes. O café da manhã tem poucas opções, o suco está sempre acabando, os funcionários ficam entrando na sua frente e não repõem o que está acabando, também ficam avisando nas mesas quanto tempo falta pro café fechar. Ficamos num quarto que dava acesso a outra quarto e embora a porta estivesse fechada dava pra ouvir tudo o que acontecia no quarto vizinho. No frigobar só tem água de latinha de 300ml por R$ 12,00. Enfim, não vale o preço que cobram.
