Tive uma experiência bastante positiva durante minha estadia no hotel. Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização funcionava bem e havia isolamento acústico suficiente para garantir uma boa noite de sono. O café da manhã foi outro ponto positivo: variedade de frutas, pães, bolos e bebidas, tudo fresco e bem apresentado. O restaurante do hotel também oferecia boas opções de refeições, com preços razoáveis e atendimento atencioso. A área comum do hotel estava bem conservada, com ambiente agradável. O hotel de styles só tem nome, parece um budget “melhorado”. Pia pra fora do quarto, banheiro simples, o quarto que eu fiquei sequer podia abrir a janela porque dava pros outros quartos. Não vale o que é cobrado!

Instalações precisam de manutenção

Primeiro gostaria de elogiar o chuveiro, faz tempo que não tomo um ótimo banho. A localização é perfeita! A estrutura do hotel como elevador, copa do hóspede, banheiros, e o hall, são excelentes. Mas no quarto algumas estruturas demandam ajustes simples, como o quarto que fiquei que estava com a mesa de cabeceira simplesmente quebrada que nao conseguia colocar nada do lado da cama. Há alguns barulhos entre as unidades o que incomodou um pouco, pois as paredes sao bem finas. O frigobar fazia um ruído que às vezes incomodava. A pia fora do banheiro para ser sincero eu achei até melhor, apesar que o sanitário é colocado em lugar um pouco apertado que pode prejudicar um pouco se a pessoa for acima do peso ou com certa dificuldade de locomoção. Foi uma opção boa tendo em vista as outras opções da cidade.
