"If you are looking for luxury this is not the place. No wi-fi. The mattress was wrapped in thick plastic, which was not comfortable to sleep on. There was no beer to buy in the bar/restaurant so we had to go without a drink with our meal when we didn't want red wine. Nice and helpful personal otherwise."

"I had a pleasant stay at Protea Luanda. The staff are lovely and welcoming, which really made a positive impression. However, the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy periods, and the staff could benefit from being more prompt with orders. The bathroom design in the rooms was a bit off, which was a minor inconvenience.
