"Save yourself a lot of hassle, frustration & disappointment - book a hotel! I contacted the agency the day before I arrived to let them know I would be arriving late and to ask if that would be an issue. They said that would be fine as they were available 24/7. What they failed to mention is that I should come to their office, which is 3km from the apt. Nor did they provide an address for the office. "Overall very very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. You will need taxi/bus to get to most things. There is a shopping center directly across the street, which is very nice. There are a few minor things in the apartment that need repaired/updated. That’s really the only complaint we have at all. Very nice place. We have already booked a return trip in a few months for the same apartment. "
