"We were always greeted respectfully and always had great service. The lodge owners were also present during our stay and they are very nice. All the meals were wonderful, and the game drives were excellent, this lodge give you something to eat and drink on the game drive while you are able to see the wildlife. "

"This lodge just does not have the WOW factor. Lacks that special feeling,that does not cost any money. Although staff were very friendly, the waiters were absolutely nowhere in terms of other skills - basic waitering and communication skills lacked. Overall, the place lacks refinement and the managers/owners lack attention to detail. No water in the rooms is unacceptable,and then for your own account,where one bottle a day is somewhat standard. The quality of the food was particularly average...
