"I enjoyed my stay at the Royal Azur thalasso. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was over all friendly. The beach and the areas around the swimming pools were inviting. Little bemol, the staff at the reception were a little expeditive during the arrival and at the check out. And these attitudes are the first and last impressions we keep of the place. "

Reception staff (except the porter who was absolutely lovely, always had a smile on his face!) were very rude, didn’t even say bye or asked about our stay at check out. Asked to change our bedsheet one night as the baby had an accident and the staff member sent was extremely rude and was cursing us in...

"The staff and food were the best elements of the trip. The staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly. The food was excellent and good to see Tunisian options available. Some parts of the hotel in need of refurbishment and are looking very tired. Our bungalow room has loose curtain rails, loose soap dispensers, little holes in the curtains and the minibar fridge was rusty - not what you expect from 5* accommodation."
