A very bad service, the worst hotel ever, no room cleaning. Employees have no experience , They left our luggage outside the room over 10 hours. Electricity is unavailable for few hours a day . It was a very bad experience.
Do not stay at this hotel! It was a horrible experience, plain and simple. In the beginning they lied to us and said our booking was canceled. It wasn't, and it had already been paid for. Then we had a 24 hour battle just getting towels and toilet paper. They promised to bring it to the room "after five minutes", but the staff just went to sleep, or simply ignored us. Even after we decided to wait for them in the reception. The room was mostly broken. Fetid smell from the toilet area. Not clean shower. But worst of all was the checkout process. They refused to take our cards, so we had to hunt around the area for a working ATM. When we returned, they had taken the liberty to go through all our stuff and packed our bags for us, mixing up everything, touching our toothbrushes and underwear, and just dumped it in the reception. And then they wanted even more money from us. Please avoid this horrible place if you want to enjoy yourself in Beirut. It's not worth it.
The power doesn't work for hours every day. When this happens, the elevator doesn't work. The bathroom smelled bad, the safe didn't work, and my room was lacking towels.
Some extenuating circumstances: it's not the hotel's fault the power goes out; this happens across the city. Also, there was a backup lighting system. However -- it is the hotel's responsibility to notify guests of the fact that the elevator doesn't work during high traffic times of day, particularly in that it makes it impossible to use the elevator in an 8-story building. Fancier hotels in Beirut have backup generators that address this problem. Many people might have been fine paying less for a building with no backup generator, but I didn't have the chance to make this choice bc the hotel was not upfront about the fact that they can't afford one.
I have a bad leg and didn't want to have to walk up to the eighth floor when the power went out, so I had them move me to the first floor. However, the room they moved me to was missing basic things like pillow cases and towels. When I complained, they brought me pillowcases, but I never got towels.
One of the most concerning features was that the safe did not work in either room. When I asked about this I was told a guy would come on Monday who had the key to set up the safe. The guy never came. It's inexcusable to not have the person with the key to the safe accessible when someone is getting settled in their room. It made me feel unsafe.

The location is fantastic, staffs are friendly but poor English. Worth of the price in total! The bathroom water was not warm enough.

I like the position
Ididnt like the room and the service
The internet wass soo slow
The smell of cigarettes is everywhere around the hotel. I was woken up by the stinky smell of cigarettes multiple times during the night I wasn’t sure where it was coming from! The room was poorly maintained and dirty particularly the bathroom was pretty disgusting. I know I only paid fifty dollars for the night but certainly the experience wasn’t worth the savings on this hotel stay.
The hotel is situated very close to Hamra street. There are som many resturants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel is ok but nothing more. It is very loud in the hotel. Cleaning could be better but it was not bad. The staff at the reception was offering me several times expensive taxi rides which I denied. If I go to Beirut again I will choose another hotel.
Otelin yeri güzel, Hamra Caddedinin başlangıcında, odalar günlük temizleniyor, havlular değişiyor, her odada balkon var, wi fi iyi çekiyor, otel personeli yardımsever, kahvaltı daha iyi olabilir.

Perfekt Hotel mitt i smeten.
Hur bra som helst. Allt finns i närheten. Enda negativa lite svag Wi-fi på på rummet. Annars bra.
Good hotel. The staff were hospitable. Break fast great. Location was excellent. For vegan try LUNA restaurant near the hotel and also the felafel place near by. Several coffee shops nearby. We stayed here for ten days and enjoyed the stay. Very nice hotel. We will come back to stay here again.
