The space
Ground floor with elevator access (as well as stairs) to the underground covered parking garage. Electricity is standard 220V with a backup generator that services the entire building in case of any electricity shortage.

The entire apartment has heating and air conditioning. There is Satellite TV connection and 4 Flat Screen televisions throughout the Apartment.

Located on the main Rue 1 (Bikfaya road to Dahr El Souane) and about 300 meters from Bhannes Hospital on the main road.

My apartment has polished marble flooring and high end furniture and finishings, so please inquire ahead of time if you plan on traveling with Pets, as Pets are generally not allowed inside the Apartment. The attached and gated (private) 150 square meter patio may be an option if you want to bring your Pet with you.
Guest access
You will have access to my entire apartment. There is also a property manager on site who can assist with any issues that can come up during your stay.

Also, if you need any special accommodations, daily cleaning, daily laundry service, food or grocery deliveries, my property manager can assist you for an extra fee. Please contact me ahead of time to inquire on any special or extra accommodations you may need.
