  • Apartment for 2–3 guests ideally located just 5 minutes from the Outlet Center, close to the highway, the border, and 20 km from Baden-Baden. You’ll stay in a 45 m² studio with a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. Shops are about a 10-minute walk away. Access by stairs.



    Always available: coffee, herbal teas, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. On request, for your first night, we can provide some basic groceries (butter, homemade jam, milk, bread). Self check-in. Minimum stay of 2 nights. Pets are not allowed.



    A pleasant space, perfect for 2 to 3 people—ideal for exploring Alsace or nearby Germany, or for someone working in the border region. The studio features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, TV, washing machine, and a private balcony. Electric heating and a fan are available for warm days. Coffee machine included. Shared on-site parking and street parking are available. Shared bike storage on-site. Close to public transport with access to the Lauterbourg-Strasbourg train line. Strasbourg is 40 km away, with direct access to Germany, Baden-Baden at 20 km, Rastatt, and Karlsruhe.
