The room was looking and feeling a bit tired.had to speak to someone about the air con as it was extremely warm.the issue was dealt with quite effectively and the room was cooler and also supplied a fan.location is about on the outskirts but still easy to get to places with the metro…good hotel but ...

Regent Beijing
The help I received from the Concierge was just incredible, cannot praise her enough. The help team that assisted with other issues were also wonderful. The room was superb, the only issue being the air-conditioning. It was far too hot and couldn't be turned down.
