The house is spread over two floors and can be shared by two families. On the ground floor, you'll find the main living area with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen-dining room, and a living room with access to a large terrace. Both bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning.
The terrace wraps around the house, letting you enjoy sun or shade at any time of day. It features a large barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals, and offers lovely views.
Upstairs, accessed by an external staircase, there is a studio with a bedroom and bathroom, where up to 3 guests can sleep.
