Accommodates up to 10 guests, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, pool, and garden. Exceptionally located in a peaceful residential area, you have direct pedestrian access to the beach.



    With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the main house spans 2 floors, while an independent studio awaits you on the lower level. The property has two entrances: one from the parking area and garage on the upper floor, and another via stairs descending below the pool to the street below. This second entrance leads you to the beach in the shortest distance, ensuring unmatched convenience.



    The outdoor terraces are perfect for unforgettable moments, featuring al fresco dining areas and a barbecue for your special gatherings.



    The house’s tower features a beautiful staircase connecting the two main floors and leading to the rooftop solarium. On the lower floor, you’ll find three additional bedrooms (two with air conditioning), two bathrooms, a secondary kitchen, and a living-dining room with access to a covered porch and the garden with sea views. The porch, with its welcoming atmosphere and lovely shaded sea views, is the ideal spot to enjoy the sea breeze.



    On the lowest level, an independent studio awaits, offering its own charm with a cozy living room, functional kitchen, double bedroom, and full bathroom.

Incredible property. Communication with the host / management could have been smoother, though some of that was my fault in not being able to take a phone call while travelling. Host were responsive once we figured it out, but there was an issue of no hot water for a night and no internet on a different night. They were quick to accommodate once reported, unfortunately we only discovered this issues at night after returning from the day out or a dinner out. Problems we're resolved the very next morning though.
