50 m² semi-detached house located in a quiet area. Less than 25 km from the ocean.
It features an over 8 m² kitchen opening on a 27 m² living room, a 10 m² bedroom, and a 5 m² bathroom with toilet.
The living room opens through a bay window on the shared garden.
Air conditioning.

Amenities:
1 double bed, refrigerator with freezer, fitted kitchen: 4-burner stove, microwave, cookware, dishes and cutlery, toaster, electric kettle, electric coffee maker, clothes horse, garden furniture (table, chairs and loungers).
The rental must be returned as clean as you found it, or you can take the cleaning option for €50.


Optional:
Towel and washcloth kit for €10 per stay.
Bed linen kit for €20 per stay.
End-of-stay cleaning option (dishes not included) for €50.
Leisure activities: subject to availability: surfboard rental + leash for beginners for €60 per week (€150 deposit) - bodyboard rental + leash + fins (size 37-38) for €60 per week (€100 deposit) - shorty wetsuit rental (size S) for €20 per week.

Check-in 4 pm - check-out 10 am (flexibility possible depending on the cleaning schedule between two guests)
