"Nice updated rooms!"

"The coffee pot was useless. It takes a kcup but the coffee in the room was not a kcup. Ended up with dirty looking water, no coffee. I had booked a Non Smoking King room and was very surprised when we ended up in a handicapped room with no closet. When I asked the reservation desk why I was in a handicapped room he proceeded to tell me that as I had booked through a 3rd party that is what I was given and IF I had requested a room change I would NOT have been accommodated because I had booked through a 3rd party. I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THIS EXCUSE BEFORE EVER"

"Everything was great when I visited. If I want to make a fuss about anything, the pool wasn’t heated. Room service and staff get 5 stars from me."

"At first glance, our room looked fine, but after walking barefoot our feet were black on the bottom. Floors not clean. The toilet valve was broken and it ran constantly until my husband figured a way to get it to stop. We did tell the front desk. They did not send anyone. The front desk said we owed $4 when we checked in. We had prepaid and my husband asked what it was for. The reply was that it was a Trump thing. Really? He told her if that was all she could give us as explanation he was not paying it. She took it off the bill. Seemed like just a way to milk more money out of guests. I found the bed comfortable, but my husband thought it was too hard. The pillows were very comfortable. We had to leave early and when we went down for breakfast found that it started at 7. It was 6:50. Two others were also waiting for breakfast. The gentleman that serviced tge dining room saw us and opened it early for us. There was plenty of food ( eggs, sausage, bacon, gravy, toast, bagels, waffles, cereal, etc.)"

"The hotel is only two levels, well located at the entrance of a mall with restaurants, fast foods and covenient stores around it. The parking is tricky with tight spaces. Rooms are the right size with standard essentials. Air conditioner, on the unit I stayed, was working to perfection, the bed super comfy. Lobby staff not great; cleaning staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not the best, but do offer the usual continental breakfast. We stayed at this hotel to visit Foster Falls, which is gorgeous. Highly recommended! Tony Romas restaurant is right next to the hotel and the food is delicious. Recommended! Overall, for a day or two, good place to stay."
