Turn off the lights and lock the doors
There is no need for guests to strip beds. However, we ask you to please gather used towels, place in the laundry and start them. Unopened food or drink in the refrigerator, is OK.
There is a trash bin located at the entrance to the driveway. Please discard your trash there.
Please return all TV, fan and fireplace remotes to the location they were at when you checked in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are on a septic system, please do not flush paper products or feminine hygiene products down the toilets besides toilet paper.
please do not rinse grease down any of the drains or try to dispose of meat in the sink disposal.
