"We have loved staying at Chalet Sunneblick. The are is lovely and the views stunning. The only thing is that is a 5 mins drive or bus. But very happy with the bus service, everyone seem to use it all the time to move around Grindelwald and to get to the lifts. The apartment is comfortable for two people. We had everything we need."

Takes its time to heat up since the oven is situated in the corridor in the middle of the apartment. Would have been better situated in the living...

"We booked the entire Chalet for 8 nights. Wifi was not working at all, we had to constantly refill data plans. The dishwasher upstairs was not in working condition. The owner of this Chalet is a fraud. He charged us a hefty amount without my consent after we checked out of the Chalet. I will be disputing this fraudulent charge with my credit card company. "

The views from the hotel are nothing short of incredible, offering breathtaking panoramas that made every moment feel like a postcard. Beyond the stunning scenery, the hotel's restaurant delivered an unparalleled culinary experience. The food was, quite honestly, the best I've had in all of Switzerland, a testament to their exceptional quality and skill. However, the true highlight of my stay, and what made Hotel Onya truly shine, was Isabelle. She was an absolute delight – consistently warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Her genuine hospitality and delightful demeanor made every interaction a pleasure, and the owners are truly fortunate to have her representing their establishment. The waitstaff throughout the restaurant was also remarkably friendly and attentive, further enhancing the overall experience. After spending five days exploring Switzerland, our time at Hotel Onya was unequivocally our favorite part.
