Comfortable airport hotel. We checked in after 3 am and grabbed some quick stuff from continental breakfast Convenient free check out at 2pm offered which is ideal when travelling with a 2 year old. Always my go to choice for Luton airport hotel esp after an early morning arrival.

I liked its close proximity to the airport. No one gave us the correct, exact directions to catch the shuttle there. Finally a traffic officer did.

Great for airport but walk was not a pleasant one & wouldn’t want to do it at night! Room was pleasant and very comfy. Food was adequate, dinner over-priced.

I booked a room with a double bed and a double sofa bed for myself and my daughter. The sofa bed was not made up so we had to both sleep in the double bed, which was not comfortable for us. On check out, I was informed that we should have asked for the sofa bed to be made up when we booked. This should be made clear when booking. There is no covered way from the hotel to the airport. The choice of food in the restaurant is limited and they run out of options. They were short staffed in the restaurant and you have to order at the bar, which meant queuing for ages. It was not a relaxing experience! However, the staff were all working hard and they were very polite and friendly.

This is a very convenient stay for an early morning flight out of Luton. We got their late, staff was helpful and friendly, to our surprise they even had food from the bar at 10 pm. We were running late but it was so easy, convenient and quiet we managed to eat, sleep, get ready and take the 10 minute walk at 5 am for our flight to the airport.

Average breakfast, excellent friendly staff
Warm and friendly welcome. 12pm checkout. Room was clean, spacious and quiet (impressive considering we were overlooking the runway!). All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. No eggs though. Pretty carb heavy. Fresh fruit available, so I didn't starve!

We stayed here for one night in since we had an early flight at Luton Airport. This place was very close, so made it easy in the morning. Appreciated the continental breakfast options that were available for those of us leaving early for flights. The hotel was a little difficult to find when coming from the train station...but we did eventually find it. Thank you!

One night stay
Our stay was for one night, we were satisfalied with everything apart from the greeting when we arrived, the staff member wondered off when we were walking towards the reception desk and when she came back to serve us she presented with an attitude which expressed that 'she wasn't really interested in anything we had to say, zero customer service ' which is a shame because everything else was fine.
