Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels on bathroom floors. Load used dishes in dishwasher. Remove food and personal items.
Bag all trash and place it in the container inside the outbuilding left of the driveway. Secure the wildlife-resistant lid. Return guest-use items to their locations.
Turn off TVs, appliances, fireplace, grill and fire pit. Let grill/fire pit cool before covering. Leave timed lights alone. Close windows and lock all exterior doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No pets. No smoking/vaping inside or under covered areas. Only registered guests; max 6. Quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM.
Septic: Flush toilet paper only. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels or other items. Do not tamper with the bidet.
