"This was a great property - really clean, great location, comfortable beds and clean towels etc. The property was a little "sparse" for my taste - not too homey feeling, but it was so clean and had everything that was needed. i would certainly stay again. The communication with the team House Luchini was fantastic - they were proactive and always answered any communication in a very short time. I was really impressed. "

"The owner did not give us details of access until after 12 noon on the day of the holiday. we were all coming from different areas. He came to see us that night and told my son to close the only window in his room, as it was broken. Luckily it was not too hot a weekend or he would have roasted. "The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

"Property was ideal size and location was good. Under the impression i was able to park in the land next to the property but was told off by another resident. Was advised by owner there is on road parking- should have read this properly! Apartment smelt of cigarettes and cannot take smell out from clothes. "Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is comfortable and homey. The location is great. Just a short walk to the centre of Cambridge and to the shops and restaurants. We would return!"

"Lovely little house, with everything you need for a home from home. Downsides- there is child lock on the Wi-fi, not good for a tradesman working away. Cold house- woke up every morning shivering. Wasn’t sure how to set heating timer. And next door there are elderly neighbours who must be deaf- they are night owls and I’m sure their tv is directly opposite the wall of bed stand. Was maybe 2am before all was quiet. Also nothing to do with house but there were scrambler bikes going up and down...

"Beautiful garden with a pond. Great outside and inside spaces for eating in big groups. Lovely large hot tub. A downstairs shower would be a lovely bonus."

"My son and I visited with some friends and their kids for 1 night over the may bank holiday. The house has plenty of space and the kids enjoyed exploring and picking their rooms. It's close to a Budgins and fish and chip shop so food was easily available. We went to Stanwick Lakes which is only 20mins drive away and a giant free adventure play area."

"Lovely property near to many local amenities, better suited to a family with children rather than 6 full size adults, not because it’s small but just the logistics of seating/lounging/eating. Great garden and outdoor space, loads of hot water for everyone! "

"Excellent location. The property was great and the welcome wine and chocolates were a lovely surprise, especially as we arrived on my birthday! I would knock half a star off if I could just because the towels were hard and crunchy, but the place was really great for our purposes overall. We had eight people and we had enough space, including a nice garden to do some yoga in. Space for everyone to eat together would have been tricky, but we mostly ate out."
