It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer.
It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre.
The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud.
They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean towel. So from a hygienic point of view not good at all.
It's a cheap enough accommodation but wouldn't stay again. It did what I needed it to.

The pub restaurant was great, make sure to make a reservation as it fills up quickly. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even though it says laundry on site, that’s just the service and it takes a couple of days.

Great location for visiting Dublin with a car. They have a large free parking lot and it’s right off the main road. Wonderful breakfast! The staff were super helpful and accommodating for early check in. We would definitely stay there again!
