They need to update their rooms with charging outlets. They also need to put extra blankets in the room. My room only had 1 disposable cup for coffee and 0 cups for water. Their breakfast was from 5 until 9. We stayed from 6 until 8 but we didn't get up in time to eat breakfast.

Property looked very sketchy when I pulled up I was just there for some sleep as I passed through so I stayed. Got to the room and it was very unclean, the shower curtain had stains on it that looked like blood.

Dear Expedia, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at Days Inn Mount Hope. After a grueling 14-hour drive, my family and I arrived, eager for some much-needed rest before embarking on another 10-hour journey. However, what we encountered was far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for and we quickly left without staying the night. Firstly, upon check-in, the front desk seemed unaware of our reservation, leading to an extensive delay in locating it. This was extremely frustrating given our exhaustion and the urgency of our need for rest. Furthermore, upon entering our room, we were horrified to discover various stains on the sheets, indicating a lack of proper hygiene standards. Additionally, the bathroom was far from clean, with visible signs of neglect. This experience was not only unpleasant but also completely unacceptable. As paying customers, we expect a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism, both of which were sorely lacking during our stay. I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar disappointments. Additionally, I kindly request a refund or compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. We booked a non-smoking room but our room was given to someone who walked in before we got there. The only from available was a smoking room. The toilet did not flush and there was a huge spatter in the bathtub that looked suspiciously like blood. Although the night manager was very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible, the hotel itself was disgusting.

Wow where to start, the pictures look nothing like the actual room, the room reeked of cigarettes and you could see burns on the bed and floors, There was a guy in hallway that said he saw bedbugs and he was told to leave with a night still remaining, We personally didnt see a bedbug but wouldn't surprise me since my girlfriend moved her suitcase and saw a roach scatter so highly believable, Looked like they didnt even run the vaccum when we first got there, Change and lighter inside couch cushions so we know they don't clean there either, The bathroom floor was wet when we got there so who knows if that's from where they mopped or didnt mop and left from last people staying there, If you are reading this i would highly suggest you do not stay here AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, We will be reporting this to health department
