The Space:

This charming cabin sits at the doorstep of the Berkshires, in the heart of Becket, a wooded town celebrated for its pristine lakes, iconic summer camps, and the world-famous Jacob's Pillow Dance and Performance Center. Tucked away in wooded seclusion on its own private cul-de-sac, the home offers unmatched privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for those who want to fully unplug and soak up a Berkshires summer.

Guest Access:

Contactless check-in; smart lock access. Note, 4x4 highly recommended from December-March.



The Neighborhood:

Spend your days swimming at Becket Town Beach, just 15 minutes away and accessible with the permit included with your stay, before returning home to the wraparound deck for an evening BBQ as the fireflies come out. Cool summer nights are best spent on the glassed-in porch, listening to the forest settle around you.

Getting Around:

Vehicle is recommended, with 4x4 or AWD in the winter.



Other Things to Note:

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.



Weather: The home is located on an unpaved road. In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. In the spring there will be mud. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.



Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.



Heating & Cooling: The home is equipped with a modern mini-split heat pump system that provides both heating and air conditioning. These units warm and cool the space gradually and are designed to maintain a steady, comfortable temperature throughout the home.



Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.



Outdoor furniture: is seasonal and will be available starting late spring/early summer.



Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.
