From pre vacation communication and questions, to setting up our airport transfer, drivers for the week, excursions He is nothing but accommodating. The house is very comfortable and to echo other reviews the pool house, grounds, amenities, and the views from the terrace didn’t dissapoint. Travel trip for those who make not be too familiar. WhatsApp and Zelle are both utilized heavily - set both up before you go!This is the perfect spot to setup base to explore the Lake Arenal area!!We will be back!"

"The entire hotel and staff were amazing! We booked a bungalow for three and it was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed in. In addition to the wonderful room, the facilities including the Spa, the pools, the restaurant and the activities all exceeded our expectations as well. The Canyon Adventure (Zipline) was a big hit for our family, and our son was very appreciative of all the meal options he could have that offered non-dairy options. We booked transportation with the resort provided option and it was a great choice for ease and convenience. Five star experience all around!"

"Wonderful location! Amazing view, with very worthwhile pool to cool down on each hot day. Wonderful breeze at night to cool the house down. Loved being able to walk to several different cuisine restaurants in the evenings, avoiding driving along the twisty dark highway. Loved seeing all sorts of birds and monkeys from the deck. Close enough to Nuevo arenal or la fortuna for activities and shopping but nice to be rural with the wildlife and the Milky way at night. Would definitely stay again."
