"Only one elevator was working and at times it took me around 5-8 minutes to get on! Elevator was packed and everyone was complaining. Frustrating especially since your rate for my stay was $350 which is pretty steep."

"We were never able to stay at this property. They called us the day of our arrival, 2 hours prior to check in to let us know they had cancelled our reservation. They had overbooked and there were no other hotel rooms available. Worst customer service ever!"

"The breakfast buffet was really good, staff was very helpful and nice, room was spacious and clean. The ONLY complaint I have was I was shown pictures of a hot tub as one of the amenities and there wasn't one, there were signs in the hotel saying there was one as well and the pool, by no fault of their's, was pretty small, although well maintained. Overall I feel like I got my money's worth."

"I had no hot water until the morning that i checked out of the hotel. I checked out a day early it was so bad. Also, my bed had crumbs in it like someone was eating in it."
