Lobby reeked of weed, staff were questionable, ac was not working, water wouldn’t turn off, heard something scurrying away when I opened the door, the room had a terrible smell and was very humid, they say no pets allowed but there was a large dog barking constantly 2 doors down. Overall just a disgusting room and I did not feel safe."

"Property is old and run down. Room looked out on I-35 and corresponding noise. Ice buck was dirty. Food at breakfast was good and staff person there tried her best to keep up but there was a leak in the ceiling in the middle of the room that required a bucket. Coffee was horrible.., just coffee colored water. "

"We had a hard time finding the motel, thought it was on the freeway. It was after dark and once we found it, the entrance was equally hard to find. Almost went over a curb as the motel parking lot next door did not connect. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

The smoke alarms were taken down, the mirrors were not cleaned in a long time. The residents were terrifying. The mattress cover looked like there had been a massacre. We will not be back. "
