Location sans parking !!!

Dans l'ensemble la location est conforme à la description de l'annonce.par contre la chambre avec les lits superposés mériterait un petit rafraîchissement au niveau du sol , une odeur persistante dans les WC assez accommodante , mais le plus gênant c'est la rue très passante et pas de parking attitré limite dangereux avec des enfants en bas âge. Les clients du café d'à côté garés en permanence devant la location. Point positif, la localisation est proche de la mer ainsi que pas mal de choses à voir autour.

Le lieu possède de beaux espaces de vie avec cuisine séparée du séjour/salle à manger Tout est parfaitement bien équipé Parking privé clos et parking gratuit dans la rue Petite cour close, très pratique avec nos deux chiens

Maisonnette confirme au descriptif, fonctionnel et propre.

Maison idéale pour les vacances d'été, pas trop loin des plages, voiture indispensable tout de même mais place à l'ombre sur la plage des mûriers. Dommage que l'axe principal du village passe juste devant😔 Expérience à renouveler en hiver car belle cheminée dans le salon.

Vu la saison d'hiver, très bien accueilli avec un feu dans la cheminée (foyer) qui nous a donné une atmosphère douce et chaude. maison aux espaces agréables et comprenant ce qu'il faut pour y vivre agréablement.

Une maison très bien équipée ! à l'entrée de Noirmoutiers :)

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours et quel plaisir de trouver une maison équipée : ça facilite tellement ces courts séjours ...! Draps, serviettes, torchons, essuie-tout, PQ, sel, poivre, huile, savons etc ... tout plein de petites choses qui n'ont l'air de rien mais qui sont précieuse et font gagner du temps ! Un emplacement pratique pour profiter des alentours ! Nous n'y passions que quelques jours mais c'était parfait pour notre besoin. Un petit bémol avec la route sur laquelle donne la maison : elle est assez passante, les gens roulent vite et jusqu'à une certaine heure ça peut être un peu bruyant. Mais sinon, nous avons bien trouvé ce que nous sommes venus cherché ! Et merci pour l'accueil et les infos transmises en amont : top !

Charmante maison

Nous avons passés un agreable sejour dans une ville très animée. Les propriétaires ont tous mis en œuvre pour ne manquer de rien, a noter que la location a été refait a neuf. Ne pas hésiter :)
