Holiday Home 'La Casita' with Mountain View, Private Terrace

  • Located in Beauvène on a one-hectare property, "La Casita" is a charming 80 m² cottage for up to 5 guests. Attached to the main house where the owners live, this home has been largely renovated with eco-friendly materials. Please note: the house and its outdoor areas may not be suitable for young children, elderly guests, or those with reduced mobility—for example, the access stairs are very steep.



    On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher) and a living area with a 140 cm sofa bed. There’s also a bathroom with shower and toilet on this level. Upstairs, the 40 m² loft offers a sleeping area with a king-size bed that can be split into two singles, a double bed, and two single mattresses forming a bench. Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding Ardèche mountains. A small Canadian wood stove provides a cozy atmosphere during cooler seasons. Washing machine access is available at the host’s house.



    A small terrace with barbecue is attached, plus a large terrace above the house with a majestic rock and spectacular views.



    Two shared parking spaces are available. Events are not allowed; the property is reserved for guests seeking peace and quiet. Yoga equipment is provided.



    Hiking, mountain biking, and cycling trails start right from the house. Rivers for swimming are 10–15 minutes away by car, others in 30 minutes. Shops are 15–20 minutes by car. The owners value ecology and ask you to follow eco-friendly practices during your stay (cleaning products provided).
