Beautiful Rustic Barn just waiting for you to kick back and relax.

Our beautiful rustic barn has a stone gas fireplace perfect for snuggling and staying warm while you catch up on movie time or your favorite shows on direct tv. First floor also has a bathroom with shower, living room, eating area, and full kitchen that includes coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware etc.. The upstairs has2 bedrooms with 1 double and 1 queen bed in each room. A unique bathroom that has a vintage soaking tub . Also a sitting area where you can catch up on some reading or sip a glass of wine. We have Tvs with Direct TV in each bedroom .Enjoy the outdoor landscaping no matter what the season .Relax in a lounge chair outside under the pergola, throw a steak on the barbe, make some smores by the campfire, listen to the waterfalls, walk through the gardens and enjoy the sweet smells .
We also have a farmhouse that is listed on vrbo if you need additional housing for your guest.
We also host weddings in our 40x100 heated and cooled 4 peak tent. Check out our info at www.baileyfarmsbarnandvenue.com OR CALL FOR PRICING.
NOTE: We will not rent the barn out when we have a wedding . NOTE We Do Not Allow Pets.

Great Stay!

Perfect place to get together with an old friend. Cozy fireplace, loved the claw foot bathtub, comfy beds, watched a beautiful sunrise.

Beautiful little getaway cabin

The cabin was so cute and cozy - perfect for a family weekend getaway. Outdoor area was very pretty -would be nice to sit around the outdoor fire pit with friends if we came again.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, serene and SO clean. Beds are comfy, tons of space to have fun outside and enjoy the beauty of the property. Me for sure will be back!

Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I were looking for a place a few hours from home for a weekend away. This was perfect! Quiet and relaxing- beautiful property! We went to Osceola for dinner at the Iron Horse, and back the next evening for live music and BBQ at Revelton. Would absolutely stay again!

What a delightful place to stay! The four of us friends met to visit and play card games. The four beds made it perfect. There was a nice long table for games or crafting. The fireplace in the living room was warm and cozy and conducive for visiting.

Girls weekend!

Beautiful cottage. Worked out great for our girls weekend. Just wished we could have enjoyed the outside area but Iowa weather didn't cooperate. We have marked this location as one we will visit again.

A Trip to Wonderland

We knew that our mini-vacation was going to be good, but we had no idea that it was going to be spectacular! The barn, the grounds, the general accommodations and the owners all made for a great, relaxing stay. We plan to revisit in the near future. We just cannot recommend this venue enough for a comfortable, gorgeous get-away.

Loved our weekend in New Virginia. Barn was perfect for a girls weekend. Unfortunately the weather was crappy so we couldnt enjoy the patio as much. Otherwise great, clean place!

Great Stay

This stay was such a seamless process! Communication with the hostess was easy! The barn/cabin was perfect for our group. Beds were comfortable and the place was simply charming. Some holiday decor was still up and just added to the ambiance. We would come again when it’s warmer to enjoy the outdoor amenities. Close to Osceola and Indianola for more things to do. Great place to stay!!!

Fantastic experience. Highly recommend. My wife and I were stunned by the property and quality of the place. The owners went above and beyond. Plenty of amenities and a cozy stay. Possibly the best get away location in Iowa.

Absolutely gorgeous setting and accommodations

My goodness, the property and grounds at this amazing rental is almost beyond description - just absolutely gorgeous. The home was absolutely spotless and so beautiful. Beds were so comfortable. It was like being at a retreat. The owner went out of her way to accommodate a change in our stay. I would give a 10 star review if I could!

Clean and Gorgeous

The outdoor area was beautiful! Whole place was very clean and there was lots of seating. Beds were comfortable. And instructions were simple, clear, and reasonable. Wifi worked well and I had good phone service outside of wifi, despite the location being somewhat remote.

A Slice if Heaven

Holly has thought of everything! This was an absolute beautiful property with all of the comforts of home. The adorable barn we stayed in was so much more than we imagined. I certainly recommend staying here!! We do wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoors as well.

I can’t say enough good things! This place was everything I was looking for and expecting and more! Cabin was spotless. Linens were provided and fresh. Every box was checked. First time in Iowa

We booked this property for a nice, relaxing trip on our way across the country. It certainly delivered. We enjoyed sitting in the beautifully landscaped backyard and listening to the sounds of the countryside. The barn had everything we needed and more for our family of five.

Amazing respite!

Just love staying here at the converted barn. The grounds are so peaceful. We always enjoy having a glass of wine around the fire pit while listening to the corn stalks rustle in evening breeze and the water trickling into the small pond. Property is always clean and the beds are very comfortable. Bring your camera because there are unlimited photo ops. Such a gorgeous setting.
