Cocoonr offers this charming 35 m² chalet, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers, for rent on the heights of Beaune.

It comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with whirlpool bath and light therapy) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 17 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bathroom with a balneo-luminotherapy bath (for up to two people)
- A separate WC

Mezzanine with access by ladder:
- A sleeping area with a double mattress (140x190) (ideal for children aged 6 to 18)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: brazier, high chair, washing machine, cot.

Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 800 m².
- A south-facing wooden terrace of around 10 m² running the length of the chalet, with furniture for enjoying the fine weather.
- A second terrace of around 12 m², on the side of the chalet, more sheltered and with a brazier (barbecues possible).

The chalet is ideally located in the heights of Beaune, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Hospices and historic centre of Beaune
- Stroll around the medieval centre: ramparts, cobbled streets
- Tastings of local produce (including Burgundy wines)
- Cycle to the Château de la Rochepot or along the Burgundy wine route

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private indoor car park (one space).

- Nearest train station: Beaune, about 4 km away
- Nearest airport: Dole-Jura, about 55 km away
