Site was hard to find from service road. Check in okay. Property kinda of unkept. Rooms very large. Bottles on wall for soap and shampoo all empty, rooms had bugs like a maggot but with legs, really bad in bathroom. Very quiet until last night there and room next door played boom box until about 1:00. Parking and safety okay. Won’t stay there again.

Amazing!

Amazing room for an amazing price! The room was huge, half was kitchen/bath area and the other half was the bed area. Beds were super comfy and the staff was friendly! Definitely will stay here again when in the area!

Room was spacious and the beds were very clean, though some touch ups definitely could've been made in the room. I probably would give it higher than 3 starts but it looked like there was mold and/or water damage under the air conditioner to our room and it smelled very musty in the king room

Nice stay in Orange

Awesome stay. Large almost 2 bedroom style room. Freshly remodeled. We will definitely be back just hope they stay nice. Seems targeted to long term guest.

Respectful, quiet, considerate, and spacious place. Full size fridge is nice. The place is tucked away but still very close to everything you may, or may not, want to do in orange. Great if you’re a contractor and travel for work. Would recommend, and would stay again. It’s not fancy, but they keep what they got clean despite East Texas Humidity. I’m low maintenance, but I had no problems, and if I did, I know they would get it sorted. Cheers.

For the price and weekend deal we received, we were very impressed with the many extras we got. The check in was done expeditiously with no hassle. It was roomy and clean and came with everything one would need without having to leave your room. It was great

Really good for the low price

Older, park in front of your room motel that has had some updating. Clean room and comfortable bed. Nice staff. Very reasonable rate which is why I stopped here. Probably would not stay here if my wife and kids were with me as I was unsure of the area.

Due to recent storm damage to my dwelling, needed to stay 7 days while repairs took place. Found this Hotel on Expedia, price was excellent for duration, rooms are super big with kitchenette. Nice extra comfortable king size bed and a very quiet atmosphere. A in my book. Thanks again to the staff as well , very helpful and informative. Will highly recommend to my co workers in this area .

The rooms were super clean. Looked like the rooms had recently been renovated. It was a shame we only stayed one night. Great place to stay for multiple nights. Loved the small details like iron and ironing board, hair dryer, automatic shampoo/body wash dispenser. Plenty of clean towels. Full size microwave. Big refrigerator. Lots of cabinet space. Very clean stove top and coffee maker. The grounds were super clean and very well lit. Cute little dinette in the kitchen area. I will definitely stay here again. The ONLY exception was the front desk clerk. He was not friendly. Upon arrival his greeting was, what is your name? He was efficient with the check-in but he was not friendly and dismissive. Once he was done with check-in he said, you can go now. Being a frequent traveler, I know good customer service and bad customer service. Does he not realize that he is the face of the company and the first impression for the property? Good customer service may not matter to some people but it does make a difference. Perhaps he should consider a career change.

We enjoyed the large layout with 3 beds, older building, we didn’t get daily cleaning and requested more garbage sacks but didn’t receive. Easy to get extra towels and ice. TVs in every room but one not connected to network and did not get fixed when asked. The location was close to our activity and parking lot was well lit at night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Spacious room 3 beds so no one slept on a sleeper sofa. The price is hard to complain about anything. Fyi its dated, needs lots of tlc, slight must smell, needs cleaned, dead bugs.

The towels looked so dirty I felt unclean after I used them. They looked brown but are supposed to be white. Could use some bleach and have white towels. The floors and rest of room was not very clean. Killed a large roach after being in the room for 10 minutes. There is so much light coming through the blinds with bright parking lot lights that it is difficult to sleep. I understand that the price is not that bad but would think the cleanliness could be better especially the towels. Also, the room has a very moldy or musty smell. Very strong smell.
