They don’t accept any kind of online bookings. This hotel is a sham. I canceled my booking as soon as I saw the room. I should have canceled when they didn’t honor my Hotels.com reservation.

Well, i booked reservation through expedia. Had a confirmation #. When i arrived, they said they dont do any online rsvp's If i prepaid, i need to get my money back from expedia and pay for the room again. I need a room, so i did. They gave me a key and i opened my room door to a occupied room. Awkward. They gave me another room and got some sleep even tho a party was next door. So, off to expedia to see if i paid twice.

The dirtiest place ever!!

This is the most horrible place to stay!! The rooms are dirty, most the lights don’t work, the fridge didn’t work and was full of mold!! When I finally found a light to turn on I realized that the place was infested with roaches! Spend a little extra money and stay somewhere else!

Very seedy place. They had no idea we had reservations. They are not affiliated with Expedia at all. They did not honor our reservation! I was told that they don’t even give you door key, they let you in room, just call, they say… I doubt very seriously that I will ever be in that situation again!

Less than Zero Stars! I didn't stay there because I paid for the room via Expedia and like the other reviewers, they don't honor online reservations. I am working with Expedia for a refund although I received an email from Expedia saying the hotel denied giving me a refund. Still dealing with this situation 2 days later and over an hour of phone calls and being on hold. (FYI, after pulling up I was actually thankful because it looked dirty anyway) I should have looked at these reviews ahead of time.

Luego llamo a servicio al cliente en expedia y no me quisieron devolver mi dinero solo con la condicion de q pagara 95$ luego 102 dolares y me parece una falta de respeto y una mala atención de su parte no ayudar al cliente soloq queria quedarse con mi dinero y al final no me revolvieron nada tuve q ir a mi banco y bloquear mi tarjeta y q ellos mismos me devolvieran el dinero que expedia no me quizo reembolsar

Worst scam ever

The owner was extremely unplesant when trying to check in. Practically threw everything at me and would not honor the online price. Then told hotels.com the extra 20 was a deposit i would get back and that they would send someone to fix all the messed up stuff in the room which they NEVER did! Between it being dirty and smelling like cigarettes in a non smoking room. There were roaches and burn holes in all blankets, curtains were tore up, and bathroom doors were moldy. The water didnt work in my room either. The only semi nice part was the pool and hot tub.

Property had laundry and pool, but other than that, room had damaged holes in the walls poorly patched up, cockroaches everywhere in room, cigarette burns in blankets and bedding, and surfaces not cleaned well.

They will upcharge you after you paid the full price on hotels.com. they will tell you the rooms you paid for are all taken and make you pay more for the exact same room you paid for on hotels.com an you have no choice because there is nothing else around. Will never stay again!!

The GPS location of the hotel was incorrect, it showed it in the middle of the expressway over a mile away form the actual location. Call the hotel to get the right directions. The beds were super comfortable and the staff was very nice.
