    Our central locale ensures you are close to everything you may need including grocery and drug stores, the medical district, downtown, and the Dowlen Rd. commercial area. We are minutes away from the hospitals and a brief 15-20 minutes drive from MidCounty (Nederland/Port Neches).

    The renovated ranch home offers 2,000 square feet of luxurious living space with ensuite bedrooms located at each end of the house to guarantee utmost privacy.

    The kitchen is large, brightly lit, and fully equipped making meals a pleasure to prepare. The ambiance of the gas-powered fireplace in the main room will add warmth and coziness to your nights as you unwind watching your favorite show or movie on the large-screen TV.

    Both bedrooms are tastefully furnished complete with comfortable high-quality queen beds and plush linens. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom, ensuring ultimate comfort during your stay.

    We welcome you to your “home away from home”!
    1. ISSUES/CONCERNS/BREAKAGE: Please report any issues to me via email, booking channel messages, or text so that I can promptly attend to them.
    2. PETS ARE ALLOWED on a case-by-case basis and must be approved ahead of time: If approved, $150 fee for a short term stay, and $250 for 30+ days
    3. SMOKING, VAPING, and E-CIGS: Please do not smoke or vape anywhere inside the home. $300 fee if a guest smokes/vapes in the home.
    4. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED: If a party is hosted in the home, there will be a $500 fee added to your billing. If a noise violation is reported to authorities, that is cause for immediate termination of the booking, and a $500 fee via your booking channel payment method.
    5. Ruined linens (bed or bath) will incur a replacement charge via your booking channel payment method.
