This hotel is top-notch. Everything was very clean. Bedding was very comfortable and had fantastic light blockage in our room. We would definitely stay here again. Employees were very friendly.
The desk staff, sorry, I do not know his name, was very kind, great customer service, answered all my questions, had my room, and reservation ready when I arrived. The room was clean and housekeeper staff helpful and kind. The breakfast was good with many choices. Would stay here again.

Mahan was outstanding in handling an issue we had with our room. Dispute full occupancy, she was able to get our room changed to the other side of the building in less than 20 minutes, making our weekend stay perfect.
When I arrived, the desk clerk said the elevator wasn’t working, and we had to walk upstairs to the room. A courtesy call would have been nice before we got there. We had to drive to Beaumont.
First, no clerk at sign in for 5mins. They do NOT call you and tell you elevator doesn’t work. Looks like from reviews it has been down for a month. So be prepared to walk up and down.

The elevator was down when we arrived at the hotel. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs to get to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Seems like there should have been a service elevator that could have been used to assist with getting people and luggage to their floors. Otherwise it was a nice hotel

The full complimentary breakfast was very nice and parking was free. The hotel overall could use a refresh. The elevator did not work our entire stay and we had a second floor room. This hotel allows pets and the guests on our floor left their dogs unattended and they barked constantly until we complained to the front desk. We did not use the pool as we weren't sure the people hanging around the area were actually registered guests. Bottles of alcohol and loud music. There are a number of other hotels in the vicinity and I would check those out instead.

Manager Niel Patel was not accommodating at all pertaining to moving my hotel room to the first floor due to elevator not working. Would not discount or provide my family with anything other than it’s not their problem and that I booked through Expedia. I informed them of spraining my knee a few days earlier and that I could not walk up flights of stairs,but they put me on the third floor,their highest floor,anyway. I asked if I could cancel the room because of the elevator,but they said I would be charged for one night regardless. I tried to work it out with a front staff person but she just gave me the Hilton corporate number and said to call them. As a result,I will have to got to urgent care to check out my sprained knee.
Very unprofessional as I stay at this hotel often when I come to Port Arthur. I will not be spending any money with this hotel again after this very unprofessional and horrible experience. I will tell my friends and family as well.
The property was nice, clean and the location was very good (accessible to all the major thoroughfares) in Port Arthur, TX. Clean room and Excellent (free) breakfast to start the day!
The property is unaware of any reservations being made with Expedia so our room was changed to accommodate their lack of information. Very frustrating. They upgraded our room to a suite, which was fine, however the A/C did not work and our room was hot all night long. We woke up the next morning with water all over the carpet. Not sure where or how it got there but we were just glad to check out.
Walls were very thin; I could hear "activity" from another room. Looked like they tried to update it with new paint and such, but it still had an older feel.
Property was fine. Expedia charges me more than the quote I received online. I could have rented cheaper in person than use your service I will never use Expedia to book again. You won’t honor what was quoted

Not worth it.
For the price, this place is not worth it. Needs some remodeling,Breakfast made me a little sick, My room smelled like cigarettes even though i got a no smoking room. Positive notes:Room is spacious and the lady in front desk is really nice.
Came down to Port Arthur for my mother's funeral. Picked a hotel with a pool for my 14 year old twins. Get there, check in and go to our room. Came down shortly later to pool only to find that is closed for maintenance.for the whole time we were to be in town. Went down and told the front desk we were leaving due to the advertised pool not being open. Left hotel and left keys at front desk. Went down the street to Holiday Inn and enjoyed the pool.
