1- La Faneuse, calm in a green bubble

In a quiet and wooded setting, La Faneuse is a house of character in the heart of the Périgord Pourpre, ideal for holidays with family or friends.

At the edge of the woods, the house has a shaded terrace, a meadow for games and a long sun terrace at the front of the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator) with everything you need.

Two bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: 140x190 bed, wardrobe, shower room, space for travel cot.
• Bedroom 2: 140x190 bed, wardrobe, shower room with toilet, space for cot, accessible from the outside.

PLEASE NOTE: SHEETS AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED!

A small living room, adjoining the kitchen, with armchairs, TV and DVD player.

The exteriors include a barbecue, a table tennis table, garden furniture, deckchairs and a large lawn for games.

SWIMMING POOL: Above-ground model, 3.57m in diameter, 1.20m deep. OPENING ON 28 MAY 2025!

FIREPLACE: In case of low temperatures (terms of use in the internal rules given at the time of your reservation).

The house is 3 minutes from a supermarket with Drive, petrol pump, car wash, and 6 minutes from Beaumont du Perigord.

THE REGION. La Faneuse is located in the heart of the purple Périgord, that of the vineyards.
It is the region of the cradle of humanity with its caves and prehistoric sites, the circuit of the bastides of the 100 years war, the Dordogne valley that can be descended by canoe and its magnificent landscapes, its medieval castles, its very popular hiking or horseback riding trails, its legendary gastronomy...

OTHER REMARKS

- For your information, 2 unfenced water reserves (bodies) of our neighbours are located near the house. It will be advisable to warn your children of the inherent risks.

- Depending on the period, I may occasionally occupy a home at the other end of the house, independently and discreetly.

- This rental corresponds to a part of the house that can accommodate up to 12 people in the summer (July and August).
