Sweetness of life in this beautiful house of 130m2, located in Beaumes de Venise, at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail (9 kms) and a few kilometres from the Giant of Provence "Le Mont Ventoux 1900 metres of Altitudes" (21 kms) and the remains and the ancient theatre of Vaison la Romaine (25 kms).

Air-conditioned villa, which can accommodate up to six people, has a private garden of 250 m2, a relaxation area with six deckchairs with outdoor swimming pool (8X4 beach bottom from 90 cms to 1.60 metres unheated) which will be open in season from May to the end of September (protective tarpaulin + alarm for the safety of your children) and a shaded terrace with pergolas of 33 m2 (garden furniture for 6 people) and gas plancha at your disposal).

On the ground floor:
A large living room of 50m2 very bright, overlooking the terrace and access to the swimming pool; composed of a sofa bed and a television connected to the rake antenna (WIFI network available indoor/outdoor).
A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, tassimo coffee machine, kettle, crockery).
A separate toilet.
A laundry room where you can find; a freezer, a vacuum cleaner, a bucket and a mop with cleaning product, a washing machine, a tancarville, an ironing board and an iron.

Upstairs:
Three bedrooms equipped with storage cupboards; two of them have views of the garden and pool and one of them is equipped with a TV plugged into the rake antenna.
Detail of the sleeping area:
One bed in 160X200 and two beds in 140X190; I also provide an extra bed and a travel cot with mattress (on request).
A bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath.
Second separate toilet.

During your stay, you can find all amenities within a 5-minute walk of the village of Beaumes de Venise (mini-market, bike rental, restaurants, bakery, cafes, cellars, tobacconist, post office, hairdresser, bank, tourist office, library, health home).

During your stay, we can offer you a one-hour relaxation session in our structure.

You can practice around our beautiful Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, various activities such as hiking, cycling, quad biking.
But you can also discover many tourist, cultural or festive events organised in Beaumes de Venise or the surrounding villages.
Apart from the activities and events, you won't be able to resist the good Provençal food or the combination with good wines is considered an art here.

For the year 2025,
From June 13 to July 25, there are orange choregies.
On July 19th we will have the finish of the Tour de France in Orange and on July 20th the mythical Mont Ventoux event only 15 minutes from Beaumes de Venise.
From 18 to 20 July, traditional Belgian festivals in Beaumes de Venise.
From 25 to 29 July, votive festival in the village of Beaumes de Venise.
From July 30 to August 7 there will be the festival of choirs in Vaison la Romaine.
