Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a peaceful sunset, the porch is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Inside, you’ll find the kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook or reheat meals with ease. Amenities include a mini fridge/freezer, toaster oven, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and even a dishwasher for easy cleanup.
The dock offers convenient access for boating or simply enjoying the water up close. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before heading inside to relax. The unit also features a washer and dryer, adding convenience to your stay.
Located just a short walk or bike ride from downtown Beaufort's shops, restaurants, and waterfront attractions, Bridge View on Broad blends quiet coastal charm with easy access to local culture and activities.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

OTHER NOTES:
-If you will be using the dock please note you will not be able to launch your boat at the property. There is a free ramp nearby, which is Towne Creek Water Access (next to Towne Creek Marina, which is located at the north end of Turner St at the bypass).
-There are 2 options for overnight parking for your trailer; Beaufort Yacht Basin - 103 Cedar St ( 2 blocks from the property- $25 per night. ***There is a Beaufort ordinance against trailer parking on town streets for more than one hour or be subject to a $50 fine.
