This Quality Inn is so dirty and gross! I've got pictures of blood stained sheets, poop or blood on the bathroom title. Outlets don't work and neither do the charging ports for cell phones, laptops, etc.. Toilets do not work well, Light bulbs are burned out and leaves the room dark. I have pictures to prove it. When I tried to report it, no one was at the front desk Sunday afternoon; I was told by the pool service man that someone would be at the front desk, I waited, and no one showed up. I called Sunday night to the front desk and the manager, and he was rude and unresponsive and told me to call the 3rd party I went through. Before we checked out Monday (our stay was supposed to be until Wed.) I told the front desk clerk of why we're leaving, and she called the manager, and again, he was not helpful at all! In fact, he said we may have put the blood on the sheet!! He said for me to call the third party we booked through. And if we had blood on the sheets, why was I just telling him now. Again, I spoke with him Sunday evening and told him of everything I wrote above. We left Monday at 12:10pm to find new accommodations. We will not be returning. I would appreciate a call from Expedia as it is very difficult finding a customer service number for your company.
