In the heart of Bersend, hamlet nestled on a small plateau in a preserved natural setting, between Beaufort and Arêches, beautiful typical renovated family farm dating from 1870. Corner balcony facing south-east. Comfortable cottage with a beautiful view of the village and the mountain. Private parking in front of the cottage. Cross-country ski trails on site or in Marcot 6 km away. Shops and services in Beaufort. 3 km from the ski slopes of the family resort of Arêches-Beaufort, 14 km from Hauteluce Espace Diamant connection, 17 km from Hauteluce Val Joly (Les Contamines-Montjoie connection) or 21 km from Les Saisies renowned for its Nordic area Olympic (120 km of cross-country skiing and skating trails). In summer, many activities and entertainment in the village, hikes from the cottage or others to mountain lakes. Ideal location for discovering the Beaufortain and Val d'Arly massifs.
