"The host was very responsive and flexible with all of our flight change snafews. The beds were extremely soft/comfortable as well. The description warned about limited hot water but our group of 5 never had a problem except for the time we accidentally started a load of laundry at the same time. Great location with tons of things to do and see nearby."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are super cute with lovely original features, and the service was genuinely friendly from start to finish. The location is great — easy to get around and close to everything we needed.
I also loved the onsite amenities: the coffee shop, bar, and breakfast were all excellent and so convenient. We upgraded our room and it was absolutely worth it — it was huge and really comfortable.
Overall, a charming hotel with great vibes and great service. I’d happily stay here again!"
"Check in was easy, staff is professional and pleasant. The bar has great drinks at reasonable to low prices. Room is big enough for 2 people with a nice bathroom. The best part was the dinner menu! The food was amazing!!!! We had noticed the dining area full, so we said, they are there for the convenience or food is good or both. Turned out to be one of the best meals in our trip! And accompanied by a small band. The location is so centric and accessible, security is high but that area is quiet and secure. For the value (less expensive than other hotels in the area); I would stay and recommend it to everyone! "
"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service was exceptional—from Alemao at the concierge to the restaurant staff and everyone throughout the property. The space was immaculate and had the most calming, pleasant scent. From the moment you walk through the doors, the fragrance creates an immediate sense of welcome and relaxation. Truly an outstanding experience."
"I had an awesome experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious and they had sweet treats as a lovely greeting touch. They also gave me a coupon for complementary cocktail. Unfortunately, I did not use it since I didn’t realize I had to use it that first night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The tamales are a must try.I would definitely come again."
"We had a great stay at Casa Andina Premium. We came tired from the airport after a long international trip and the check in was smooth. Room was clean, great breakfast buffet, excellent service overall.
I had originally requested a shower chair, although they didn’t have it ready by the time of our check in, they were able to find us a chair.
Receptionist, and all staff were very attentive and approachable. We will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to my family and friends. Muchas gracias! "
"The room we stayed at was wonderful, all the staff were accommodating and considerate and SOO kind. Our group didn’t speak much Spanish but they went above and beyond to make us comfortable and help us when we needed. Breakfasts were wonderful (loved the oriental rice) and one of the security men helped us with our wheelchair without fail every time we came and left (which was a lot). Highly recommend. Also wonderful atmosphere and the kitchen space was super useful. will definitely go back on our next visit :)"
