"The hotel is a bit dated to some but that’s what keeps the city rif raff away. Hikers and outdoor enthusiasts stay here so be prepared to use the grounds and stay outside most of the time. When you finally do crash inside you will find very comfortable beds, amazing views and complimentary water. Internet was good. Main Inn restaurant food was delicious. Catering food fantastic. Shared areas with fireplaces were perfect. No elevator but only 2 floors. "

"View was magnificent and close to town. Needs a face lift, looking tired and old but fine for the price. Water pressure in shower was very good but not a walk in which was a bit tricky for an older person. I would stay there again. If ur a hicker or outdoor person the mountains are walk away. Air and heat were fine. Parking was fine."

"We stayed in Rm 123 and the room was extremely spacious. It was relatively clean. I would say it’s time for updates but it’s a solid motel and very close to West Point. The big negative is we could hear the walking around of the folks next door to us so if you are a light sleeper, that could wake you up."

So thoughtfully decorated, with all the comforts of home. And the view! Felt like we were on top of the world in our own little piece of Heaven. Highly recommend! "

"Nothing fancy and not big but perfect for a weekend visit to see your cadet. Closer than most other options. A family with small kids stays below and you can hear the family quite well going in and out but if you don't mind that occasional noise, it's not a big deal. "
