"Very nice, clean suite, comfortable bed and a great location. Easy drive to downtown and there’s a grocery store within walking distance. Kitchen was well equipped and the parking is excellent. The hosts were very attentive but we had no issues and no need to contact. Recommended."

We were also so thankful for the early check-in & late check-out option. We would come back. Note: internet is not strong, but that’s ok. We didn’t use it for tv or cell phones and instead played games and enjoyed the quiet/porch."

The beds were all so comfortable, even the roll out, great mattresses and bedding. Very clean and very well appointed home, which is great since sometimes these rentals can be not what you expect. Lot's of towels, shower accessories including shampoo, body wash and conditioner, hair dryers and irons... better than most high end hotels. Full kitchen with all the items you would need from breakfast to dinner. Easy parking. "We enjoyed the area. Deer out in the yards, not scared of almost anything. Quiet side of town. Backyard is nice for pets. Close to breweries and hiking trails. Inside could use a good dusting, coffee pot was growing mold, and the inside of the trash can that sits in the open kitchen/dining/living area was quite dirty."

"A great set up for a group in Athens, but a little far from the university. The unit was as described and very comfortable, although the kitchen was not as clean as we would have expected. The host was very responsive and overall, we would stay there again."
