"Clean room, comfortable bed."

"The room was not clean at all. Visible dust along the wall base trim. The carpet was visibly dirty. We had a pull out sofa bed. We had to get linens from the front desk for the sofa bed. None available in the room.there was not a mattress cover. The sofa bed needs to be replaced. So uncomfortable! The pool area was very nice as well the breakfast area. We have friends to visit in the area, and will not be staying at this establishment again. For the price paid, I would expect more."

"The house is as described on their site. Good location for what we were doing there and located close to food shopping and restaurants. The area is nice and the lakeside views are nice and relaxing. We chose not to heat the pool and hottub with the hot temperatures but the pool felt nice for the day temp but was a little cool for morning. Overall a nice place to stay and relax."

"Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable."

"The group that we were with really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Paul, the owner, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had fourteen people total that stayed here, and had plenty of space. The outdoor space is beautiful and lots to do with the pool, hot tub, basketball/pickle ball court, and TV with seating area. The location is close to a lot of food and shopping. "

"This property is a 5 if there were dish cloths, towels and t-towels in the kitchen. Needed clean hand or unused bars of soap. There were not directions for the AC and it was needed. Last, a few roaches in the house that were trying to die as the house was probably disinfected. PS….about the master bed???????!"

"Was visiting some friends in the area that come down for 10 days, once a year. Great place to stay. Free PASS to community fitness center & pools too. Sun Lakes is an awesome city also....look up its history. "

"This is such a fantastic property and one of the best VRBO experiences my wife and I have ever had. We had a blast using the pool/hot tub and fishing poles. The host was very quick to respond to questions and even bought pickleball paddles for the rental which we used twice during our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!!"
