"Everything is stained, the bed, the sheets and the pillows. There were stains on the wall and the lampshades. The TV had a huge scratch on the front of it. The chair had pen marks all over it. The window, half of it was plexiglass that was screwed on with screws. There were no extras, no amenities, I didn’t even have a towel. I had to go down to the desk and ask for one because there’s no phone in the room. Before I got there, I was not able to get a hold of anybody on the phone. I have asked for a refund and Expedia couldn’t even get a hold of them. The faucet was very loose. The vent in the bathroom was hanging off. I went to the restroom in the middle of the night and there was a cockroach. Also patches on the wall that weren’t painted and cracks in the corners along with missing molding along the ceiling. I turned on the heater and it smelled like it was burning, and there was a sheet on the bed as a comforter."

"The beds were comfortable. Everything was dated. The furniture in the lobby and the chairs in the room had well worn fabric on them. Doesn't cost that much to replace furniture. Our room smelled funky. There was a slight smell of THC. Not the fault of the hotel, but an issue that the industry has to address. The entrance opposite of the main entrance was full of weeds and gave the appearance of not being well kept."

"Rating: 2/5 Paid $225 for one night during the NCAA Division I Men’s National Championship game, which I understand is a high‑demand event—but the quality of this hotel did not justify the price. This property is very dated and had a sketchy feel. There were multiple damaged vehicles parked directly at the main entrance that never moved during our stay—one had three flat tires, and the others were heavily damaged. There is only one way in and out of the property, and there was a police car parked around the corner from the entrance, which was concerning. The staff was polite, but the overall atmosphere felt unsafe. This is very much a Super 8/Motel‑style property. The room itself was clean, but there were several maintenance issues: missing outlet covers, missing light bulbs, and noticeable scratches on the walls and floors. Overall condition was poor. My wife was not happy with the stay, and given the cost, we were extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this property, especially at premium pricing."
