"My mother and I enjoyed our stay at the charming Woodstown rental. Spacious kitchen and super comfy living room couch. Rustic charm with modern touches. Great safety features, too - motion sensor lights on steps and in the kitchen, with high quality baby/pet gates. Being a pet friendly rental is also a plus. Located within walking distance to great eateries. "

"House clean ac work great on hot weekends. Great bike path near by and nice restaurants by and the river was great on bike . Not to far from Dover for race I would stay again "

"Would not recommend, we showed up at the place and couldn't get in because they had a water leak. They called and said theyd call to let know when its fixed, but never did, mind u we just drove 8 hours. The gentleman we found trying to fix told us the cleaners walked into a puddle of water therefore he honestly said it would take a alot to fis it. We ended up getting a hotel room. The worst part was the owner later emailing asking how we were enjoying the apartment, i believe this was done for...

"I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...

"We had a very nice stay at the farmhouse, it is an incredibly clean and well cared for property. We were in town for a fishing tournament with our truck/boat and there was plenty of room for parking as well. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, this is a great place!"
