"BILL was amazing. Thank you bill for your kindness and professionalism. Things not related to bill. The pool was pretty dirty as well as the hot tub. I have seen worse, however. The breakfast was supposed to go till 9am or 10. either way, we got there 40 mins before breakfast time was over and there was only 1 hot thing available to eat, initially there was a few other things. a big vat of soft potatoes with a couple scrambled eggs was left. If breakfast doesn't actually go as long as the time allotted, you should let your customers know so they can get their earlier. most ppl dont want to get up that early for breakfast so most of us arrived in that last hr and nothing was left pretty much. was sad. nice that they serve it at all. but just give more accurate info! Room was VERY clean. :)"

"This host and property were excellent. Our host was available for and handled a couple minor issues promptly; very friendly and accommodating. Since we visited over the 4th of July week, our host gave us several suggestions as to where and how we could capitalize on watching Fireworks. So very helpful, and we had the best seats in the house!The house was perfect! Plenty of room and beds for our party of six.Location, location, location!!We were one block off the Snake River. Nice neighborhood, fabulous views....and just minutes from two bridges and river beaches; AND Beamer Boat Tours; a MUST if you stay here!Very nice all around"

"It was perfectly suited for what we needed. The host was very nice & helpful for the couple requests we had. There were thoughtful amenities (snacks, toothbrush & toothpaste, coffee pods, a well-stocked utensil drawer, extra blanket) which we really appreciated & some of it we utilized! We would definitely try to book there again when we return to Clarkston."
