"Room that we booked was not given at check-in. Felt like a scam, yet it was a human error. They changed after quite a hustle and waiting time, but got the one without view - so still not the correct room. First room smelled terribly of odour. No hand soap in bathroom - conditioner was positioned there instead, seems legit… Half of spa not working, which was a shame. The only thing that was gold was breakfast, but not the reason for coming here. Better places with reasonable prices nearby."

A four-course set menu for both lunch and dinner, wine with the meals, an open bar, and staff delivering service as if the hotel were fully booked. So much heart. "The staff was friendly and check in/out was very simple. Our room however had no towels, only one twin sheet for a king bed. A hair dryer in the bathroom was broken and hanging with exposed wires-safety hazard. I expected much more for the cost. "
