"The Palace Hotel is a lovely old Victorian Hotel with beautiful woodwork, stained glass, flowered wallpaper and lace curtains. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a gorgeous view of Port Townsend harbor, with a private bath,and a small kitchenette. The king size bed was very comfortable. There is a grand old stairway to climb with luggage as there is no elevator. A parking pass is issued for the parking lot to the rear of the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located on the Main Street of Port Townsend with numerous restaurants and shops nearby, as well as the beach, harbor and ferries."

"Decent stay, good for the price. Room and bed were clean enough, some dusty spots but nothing to scare us off. No AC so we had to open the slider to get air, that would be my only complaint. Nice location across from the harbor."

"Sweet historic vibes. Outstanding walkable location. Great outdoor space out back. Nice staff. Comfy bed. If you’re not used to noise, the property can be a bit noisy. And though we appreciate ‘historic’, the rooms lean more towards deeply outdated than ‘vintage’. We would go again for the live music and a few drinks. But probably would choose to stay somewhere a bit more off the beaten path."

"It's an interesting place to stay for sure, love the vintage vibe however the neon beer signs in the windows at the restaurant kill that vibe a lot. I would definitely take the neon signs down. Not too expensive and close to downtown Portsend which is great! "

"Such a perfect spot! Right in the heart of the city with a private garden and two private decks to enjoy. The apartment is roomy and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and decorated with fun local art. Communication was great. Overall a simply fantastic stay!!"
